Data collected through the contact form

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes. Submissions are stored on our server for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted.

Server log files

Our web server automatically records standard access log entries: IP address, browser type, referring page, and the page requested. These logs are used for security monitoring and error diagnosis. They are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Cookies

This site uses one functional cookie: rh_cookie_consent. It stores your response to the cookie consent banner (accepted or rejected). It contains no personally identifiable information. It expires after 12 months. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are used.
